Terms of service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms apply to personalinjurylawyerseo.company and to services bought from Personal Injury Lawyer SEO ("we", "us"). By using the site or paying for a service you agree to them. Questions: support@personalinjurylawyerseo.company.

No legal advice

Personal Injury Lawyer SEO is a marketing agency. Nothing on this site or in our emails, reports or content is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created with us. Your firm is responsible for compliance with the rules of professional conduct and advertising rules that apply to it, including approving content before it is published.

Ordering and payment

  • You request a package through the engagement form. We confirm it fits and email a payment link. A service starts once that link is paid.
  • Monthly packages and content plans renew each month until you cancel. One-time campaigns and website builds are paid once.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are the ones published on the site when you order, unless we agreed a custom quote in writing.

Canceling

Cancel a monthly service any time by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the month already paid is completed. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

What we deliver

We deliver the work described for your package on the pricing page (keywords, links, research, audits, content, or a website build as quoted) and report it monthly, including each link's live URL, target page and anchor text. If a link we reported stops working, tell us and we will replace it.

No guarantees of results

Search rankings, traffic, inquiries and signed cases depend on search engines, competitors, your market and your firm, none of which we control. We don't guarantee any ranking, position, traffic level or number of cases, and past results for other clients do not predict results for you.

Ownership

Your domain, website, Google Business Profile and accounts stay yours. Content we write for you becomes yours once paid for. We may keep internal copies of our reports and working files.

Your part

  • Give us accurate information and the access we need (for example, to edit your website or profile), and keep your own credentials secure.
  • Review and approve content before it is published, and tell us about state advertising rules that apply to your firm.
  • Don't send us confidential client information.

Using this site

The site's text, design and tools are ours. You may use the calculators and read the articles for your own business. Don't copy the site, misuse the forms, or try to interfere with how it runs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost cases or fees.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
